| Since taking the 12-wk. BASICS series I have been cooking up a storm! We get a vegetable and fruit box delivered now from from a Washingto CSA farm. I would NEVER have made kale or swiss chard for the family without having those in the box. They loved the stirfry with kale, carrots, garlic, ginger, white wine, lemon juice. It disappeared instantly. Thank you, thank you, thank you not only for saving my marriage but also prolonging our 4 lives!

| Just thought I would drop you a line and tell you how much I learned in your classes that I still use today. It was simply amazing that I learned so much about flavor and got so many good techniques that stayed with me through the years. I feel like I can cook just about anything now. My friends love to come to my house for dinner and even think that I have better food than the restaurants! |
